Challenges and giveaways and summer happiness

Since its summer now, numerous blogs have been hosting summer blog parties. This one is from Cupcake Dictionary-written by Jocee. This girl just cracks me up and I am so glad she hosted a party :)

• What would your dream summer vacation be? Hmm...I would have to say the Bahamas or some island like it. I have always wanted to see the crystal clear blue water and the pink sands. 
• After a rainstorm, what you think of when you see the sun peeking out from the clouds? I think of the wonderful smell that lingers outside from the rain, and the prospect of maybe seeing a rainbow.
• If you were stranded on a desert island with the sun streaming down on you and had ONE palm tree for shade, you can only have three things with you; what would they be? My Bible, my friend Madi and food :) 
• Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or Neapolitan? Chocolate all the way baby! 
• If you saw your celebrity crush walking down the beach with a surfboard, what would you do? Sigh and stare and gape with happiness. and never say hi because I am shy like that.
• If you went back in time for a day, what era would you go back to, and why? The 1940s defineatley. I have always wondered what it would be like to live in World War Two times.
• What's your favorite thing about waking up on a summer morning? Drinking coffee and the prospect of a happy day free of school.
• Your soundtrack or theme song(s) for the summer: "It's a beautiful day" U2, "Something good can work" two door cinema club, and "Ça plane pour moi" Plastic Bertrand.
• Say you went to California to visit family. What's the first thing you would buy? I have no idea, a piece of vintage clothing?
• Manicure, pedicure, or facial? Pedicure. 
• What's your favorite color combination? Blue and green and purple. 
• If you were at the beach and you wanted to write a message in the sand, what would you write? Some song lyrics, probably "It's a beautiful day" or "Ça plane pour moi" or "Something good can work" See any themes there? :)
• You're stuck in Paris with $10,000. What do you do? French clothes!!!! 
• What's your most favorite type of summer weather? 70 degree days with the sun shining.
• Blowing bubbles while taking a bubble bath? Haha sure.
• Cupcakes or dictionaries? Cupcakes :) But I do like dictionaries too. So maybe it should be cupcake dictionaries! :)
